Just be sure to read the read me and make sure you understand it before you start, and yes it works with the new patch aswell.my clan mate was using it lastnight just to make sure and everything was fine with his. I haven't tried it yet but one of my clan mates uses it and seems to be quite happy as even his rumble works on his logitech now.
